White, Jake – Passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday May 24, 2016 at the age of 66. Adoring husband of Deborah for 30 years. Loving father of Krista & Scott and Nicholas. Fondly remembered by Shirley. Poppy will be sadly missed by his granddaughters Paige, Abigail and Lilly. Dear brother of Tom (Corrine), Kathy (Walter), Carol and Alan (Kimberly). Brother in law of Sharon (Donald).
