Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lucian Klosinski can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Klosinski, Lucian – Passed away peacefully, after a short illness, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday August 6th, 2018. Lucian in his 93rd year is the beloved husband of Maria (Kosciesza) and the late Jennie (Pankow). Loving father of Helen Scott (Duncan), Ron Klosinski (Debbie), Susan Trebelco (David) and predeceased by his son Daniel John Klosinski. Loved grandfather of Amy, Stuart, Ronnie (Michaela) and Scott. Great grandfather of Nolan and Abigail. Dear brother of Gienia, Jadwiga and the late Grazyna. Lovingly remembered by his step sons Chris (Jerri), Wes (Terri), Ted (Kelly) and their families. Sadly missed by all of his family and friends in Poland and Canada. Lucian was a proud member and usher of St. Hedwig’s Parish, he served in WWII and was a retiree of GM. The Klosinski family would like to extend their sincerest appreciation to the Lakeridge Health Nurses 9th floor “G”wing as well as in the emergency department for their outstanding care and thoughtfulness. Resting at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with visitation on Thursday August 9th from 6pm to 9pm. Parish prayers will be held at 8pm in the chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Friday August 10th , 11am at St. Hedwig’s Polish Catholic Church followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby.
