Hunter, William (Bill) WWII Veteran; 70 year Member of the Oshawa Legion Branch 43, peacefully passed away Friday, January 13, 2017 at Hillsdale Estates Long-Term Care Facility in Oshawa.

Bill is reunited in heaven with his wife Muriel (nee Post). Left with many happy memories are his daughter Ellen Rambukkana and grandchildren Nathan (Zahra), Dave (Heather) & Christine. Bill (Boppa) will be missed greatly by his great-grandchildren Finn & Rory.

Bill was very well known in his community and has left a lasting legacy with all of his family and friends. He is a retiree of General Motors working in the Purchasing Department for nearly 40 years and was actively involved in the Kinsmen club and K-40.
