Condolences

Condolence From: Dean Berry and the late Lynn Berry
Condolence: How fortunate we all have been to have had Don in our lives. I'm sure he must have had his down days but I don't recall him not being a happy cheerful soul. He was such a good example of how to grow old in a youthful helping way. Don, you will be greatly missed, but may our memories of you remain intact.
Together in peace,
Dean and Lynn+ Berry

From our daughter Lisa Berry:

Condolence: Don was a special man, a kind and gentle spirit that made us feel good whenever we met him. He was a close friend of Joan’s mother Dorothy Wehrens and will forever be remembered as a kind example for us to follow.

Condolence: Mr Burden it was a pleasure knowing you as a child visiting you and Mrs Burden (Lois) with my mother and father. I'm so glad to have seen you and talk once again at Dad's wake in March this year with Valerie. Your humour and gentle kindness will always be remembered by me and our family. You live on in our memories and the people you have lovingly touched. Love Robert and family

Condolence From: Darlene Nugent Kirtley
Condolence:
on behalf of the Nugent family we wish to convey our sincerest condolences on the loss of Donald Burden. My late father, George Nugent was best friend of Bob Burden, Don's brother, killed in action in WW2. My father never really got over the loss of his friend. I was lucky enough to spend a lovely morning about 3-4 years ago with my dad, Don, and the late Bill Brady at Tim Hortons. I enjoyed their light hearted banter and friendship. I have a picture of that day if you would like it.
I am very sorry for your loss. God bless and prayers for your family at this time.
sincerely
Darlene Nugent Kirtley and Jeannette Nugent

Condolence From: Ruth and Thom Park
Condolence: We met Don when we bought our home and he represented Dixon Fuels. He gave us a lot of free advice about our heating system, in the beginning, and later about installing a central A/C system. He was always gracious, had a terrific sense of humour and long after his retirement always had time to chat, with us, in the golf club dining room. We thought he was a very special gentleman. May he rest in peace after a long and useful life of friendship and service to others.
